Fee Schedule

TIAC has a zero admin fee policy, which means that the costs of arbitration will only include the following fees:

• a non refundable filing fee of USD 1000 (or USD 1500 for emergency relief) payable to TIAC;

• a fee of HKD 8,000 as an administrative fee per each case payable to HKIAC;

• a fee of HKD 8,000 per each appointment of an emergency arbitrator;

• a fee of HKD 8,000 per each determination of a challenge of an arbitrator.

  The suggested model arbitration clause:

  "All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally settled under the 2023 Cross-Institutional Rules of Arbitration of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC)- Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).   “Все споры, возникающие из настоящего контракта или в связи с ним, в том числе касающиеся его существования, недействительности или прекращения, подлежат окончательному урегулированию в соответствии с Межинституциональным Арбитражным регламентом 2023 г. Ташкентского международного арбитражного центра (TIAC) и Гонконгского международного арбитражного центра (HKIAC). Место арбитража - (выбрать место). Число арбитров - (выбрать один или три).
