Login here if you have already filed the Request for Arbitration and wish to check the status of your arbitration proceedings.
Once the TIAC Secretariat receives the completed Request for Arbitration and the registration fee, it will invite the Respondent(s) to submit the Answer to the Request for Arbitration within 15 calendar days (Article 5 of the TIAC Rules of Arbitration 2021).
After either 15 days-period or once the TIAC Secretariat receives the Answer to the Request for Arbitration, the Parties to the dispute will be requested to transfer the advance deposit of arbitration costs to be calculated based on the Schedule 1 of the TIAC Rules of Arbitration (Article 29.6 of the TIAC Rules of Arbitration 2021).
Please note that procedural decision-making powers before the constitution of the Tribunal is vested in the TIAC Court of Arbitration - the autonomous collegial body within TIAC.
